This book is great at teaching you how to operate a successful nonprofit organization and to make the most impact you can possibly make on your audience, but I think it goes much deeper than that. This book is teaching the reader how to be a better person. It’s teaching you how to be more interested in people and how to make relationships go from good to great. It’s teaching the reader how to make an impression on anybody they meet, and a hell of a good one.
